Question

Anyone else having a horrible time with this new Invoice? First my invoices are now showing up differently & I can't customize & now my sales receipts missing a column!

I can't delete the default and change to my custom invoice and the sales receipts are useless because I no longer have a product services column and customization doesn't work here either.

    When running QBO within your regular browser, sometimes stored cache files can cause an interruption while using our features. To help you fix this, let's consider performing some troubleshooting steps to rule out the possibility of a webpage issue. I'd suggest opening your online using an incognito window. You can refer to these keyboard shortcuts to open one:

     

    • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
    • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
    • Safari: Command + Shift + N
    • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P

     

    If you successfully modify and manage customer invoices without having issues, you can go back to the regular browser and clear its cache to remove the temporary files. You may also consider using other supported browsers to narrow down the problem.

    Yes, most everyone seems to hate the new invoices. Or despise them. Or dislike them. Or their business workflow is broken because a feature they depended on has been omitted. Or there's a bug stopping them from using the invoices.

     

    But for some reason, Intuit is hell-bent on forcing everyone to use them, whist cheerily proclaiming that they're better. No one knows why they're doing this. They won't give a cogent answer.
