Recently, we’ve received an update about being unable to customize the Time Activities by Customer Detail report in QuickBooks Online (QBO). Since you’re experiencing the same thing, you can try performing troubleshooting steps first to resolve this.
First, open your QBO account in a private or incognito window to verify. You can use these shortcuts keys for quick navigation:
- Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
- Safari 11 or newer: ⌘ + Shift + N
- Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
- Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
Once logged in, check the report if you’re able to customize it. If yes, get back to your regular browser and clear its cache to start fresh. You can also use other supported browsers as an alternative.
