Anyone with QB online and Field Edge dispatch have issues with duplicate invoice numbers?

We keep getting the" a number so nice its been used twice" or invoices deleted and overwritten with different customer from field edge. Neither company has a solution on our phone calls. Quickbooks says its a glitch and Field edge says they do not assign invoice numbers. We need a resolution, unable to receive payments without putting invoice back in system.

    I've got your back, @jsmith13.

     

    You can prevent duplicate invoice numbers by manually editing or adding them. Alternatively, you can turn off custom transaction numbers when integrating with Field Edge.

     

    1. Go to the Gear icon, then select Account and settings.
    2. Open the Sales tab.
    3. Under the Sales form content section, turn off Custom transaction numbers.
    4. Click Save, then hit Done.
