There's not one anymore.  You have to request a callback.

Contact Support

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Select Help (?).
  3. Select either tab to get started:
    • Assistant: Get quick, personalized answers. Select a suggested option, or type a question or topic you need help with. If you decide you need further help, you can still Talk to a human.
    • Search: Search the QuickBooks Online knowledge base directly, or select Contact Us and choose a way to connect with us:
      • Start a chat with a support expert.

Hello, lshcpa2009. We'll ensure you can continue to have accurate records of your accounting and transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

I'd like to know the specific challenges you're facing with your invoices in QBO or discrepancies in the accounting process related to invoices. The Community space can provide tailored guidance and instructions to address your concerns.

Moreover, check out this article and find the contact number at the bottom to talk to one of our live experts: QuickBooks Online Support. You can also follow the instructions provided by Just_me to request a callback or chat.

I also suggest consulting your accountant for accurate bookkeeping. If you don't have one, find a professional through this page: QuickBooks Certified ProAdvisor.

You can generate reports to monitor your sales and the overall financial health of your business.

If you require additional support or have any remaining inquiries regarding invoices or business accounts, hit the Reply button below. I'm all ears and ready to help you make the most out of your accounting experience.
