AR report with notes

I want these transaction notes to show up on the AR Aging Detail report or any AR report for that matter. I want it on a report that can be exported, printed and or emailed.

 

Not interested in copy/ paste or opening each individual transaction to see the notes. No, the memo is not a good option. I want a report. A report that I can give to anyone in the company and they can follow-up on past due invoices and see all the previous efforts noted.

The feature to display transaction notes in your reports is currently not available in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT), @Gambit. Let me explain this further.

 

I appreciate all the you have made to find a solution for your reporting preferences. I also understand the importance of streamlining the processes for exporting, printing, and emailing detailed information to your customers. Although this feature is not currently available in the product, I suggest you submit your feedback to our Product Development team. By doing so, they might consider including this feature in future updates to better meet your needs, as we highly value your input.

 

Here's how: 

 

  1. Open your QBDT account.
  2. Go to the Help menu.
  3. Select Send Feedback Online then choose Product Suggestion.
  4. Enter your suggestion.
  5. Click Send Feedback.
