Are there any limitations or caps (frequency / $-amounts) on ACH bill payments?

Can any amounts and frequencies be paid (via Melio) from QB using a checking account, or are there any limitations such as a maximum bill amount or a maximum number of bills per month?

For instance, could I make a $1M bill payment through QB if I needed to? Could I make 1,000 such payments every month?

Hi there, @phaedrus,

Let me provide you with some information about ACH payments. According to the National Automated Clearing House Association (NACHA), you can process ACH transfer up to $1,000,000 per day. This is much higher from the previous $100,000 limit.

For Melio payments limits, I suggest contacting their support team for confirmation. You can go to this link and refer to the Contact located below the App information.

Feel free to add a reply if you need further assistance with your QuickBooks account. Keep safe.

@phaedrus

You can sign up for a free Melio account to integrate with QBO and I didn't find any restrictions on paying any bills, except they take up to 5 business days for international payments over $100K.
