Are they actually working on the Invoicing problem in Self-Employed? We're going on 2 days now of being unable to invoice, email "Loading Preview" no Subject, no Body.

I had a Support call about 7 hours ago that said they were "working on it", but this is crazy. It has been 2 days, that I know of, that I haven't been able to email an invoice.

Currently, there is an investigation into QuickBooks Self-Employed users getting stuck in the preview screen when trying to send an invoice. While I can't provide an exact time frame for when this issue will be resolved, please rest assured that our product engineers are diligently working to find a permanent solution to this problem. 

 

For now, I recommend reaching out to our Customer Care Team to be added to the affected users list. This way, you'll receive an email notification once an update becomes available.

  1. Click Help (?).
  2. Press Contact Us.
  3. Enter “talk to a human”, then select Continue.
  4. Select which way you want to connect with us.
