I'll share some details about the conversion process, White.

With the migration process, we always made the move experience as seamless as possible. However, there are some circumstances that are uncontrollable. It's possible, you encountered issues with the conversion that's why it is showing different balances from your chart of accounts and vendor accounts.

You'll want to make sure that all the vendor transactions are accurately recorded to that specific account.  At the same time, review the account balance in your chart of accounts  and compare that transactions are the same with your vendors. To go to your vendor transactions, follow the steps outlined below:

  1. Go to the Expenses menu, select Expenses.
  2. Double-check for the transactions.

If there are differences between both in your chart of accounts and vendor transactions, you can edit them to correct them in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

You may also notice differences on how your books appears. To know more, check out this article for more details: Learn How Features And Data Move From QuickBooks Desktop To QuickBooks Online.
