Balance Sheet by Class?

Hi there, @PDXCPA44. 

In QuickBooks Online (QBO), running a Balance Sheet report by class is unavailable. Since headers aren't linked to classes. To learn more about Balance Sheet report, browse this article: Run a balance sheet by class or location in QuickBooks Online. 

Alternatively, we can manually export the Balance Sheet report in an Excel file. This way, we can filter it out. 

Here's how: 

1. From the Reports page, search for Balance Sheet. 
2. On the upper right corner of the report, click the Export icon. 
3. Click Export to Excel.
