I can tell you the reason why the Balance Sheet report on your account isn't showing the same interface when customizing it, FCbruno.
Thank you for the screenshot. With this, I can see that you're currently subscribed to QuickBooks Online Simple Start. Let's verify the plan by following the steps I've outlined below.
- Go to the Gear icon and select Account and Settings.
- Select the Billing & Subscription tab.
- The first box will tell you the current plan you're subscribed to.

You can enjoy the features when customizing the report by upgrading QuickBooks. Check out the available pricing plans to see which subscription level is right for you.
When you're ready, I can walk you through the steps in upgrading the subscription.
- Sign in to QuickBooks Online as a primary or company admin.
- Go to Settings ⚙,then Account and settings.
- Proceed to the Billing & subscription tab.
- Make sure your payment info is up to date.
- From the QuickBooks Online section, click Upgrade your plan.
- Review the available plans and then select Choose plan.
- Follow the on-screen steps to upgrade your plan.
