Hi there, I use Quickbooks online and I got an issue in the balance sheet. There is an account named "Stripe (required for Synder)" in the balance sheet, as part of the bank accounts. I am not sure if that number is really cash and as such, it should be considered part of the cash balance... or something else. Thanks for the help!

Thanks for posting in the Community space, @M_Moraes.

Let me share some insights on the Stripe account showing in your balance sheet.

The "Stripe (required for Synder)" is an account automatically generated when you integrate Synder with QuickBooks Online (QBO) to download Stripe transactions.

You can open that particular account in the Chart of Accounts (COA) to determine which transactions make up its amount. Follow the steps below:

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Under YOUR COMPANY, select Chart of accounts.
  3. Open the Stripe account.

I've added these articles on how to customize your reports and to match your books:

Feel free to drop a comment below if you have any other queries regarding your account or any concerns related to QBO. I'll be happy to assist you with any issue you may have.
