bank register entries from desktop to online via CSV or Excel

Good morning,

I need help with mapping bank register entries from desktop to online via CSV or Excel. I already completed the migration but some of the bank registers didn't move over to online and now I need to export from desktop and import to online manually. I need the mapping to show Date, Number, type, payee, account, memo, payment, deposit and balance. I've tried it before but it doesn't show me all of the fields and data that I'm needing.

What do I need to do? How do I fix this? TIA!

Can you download the historical data directly from your bank? What file format does your bank provide? e.g csv, pdf

no because the bank account has been closed for a while now. That's why I'm needing to export my desktop register via CSV to QBO. I just downloaded 3rd party Moneythumb csv to qbo converter but I'm having trouble mapping the columns, since the columns and descriptions are different. Of course, Moneythumb doesn't have a support phone number or chat support feature.
