Batch printing Transactional Vouchers

Hi

I am an accountant who has set up QuickBooks for my company. I have created and posted multiple transactions through customer accounts, supplier accounts, and Journal Entries.

Now, for record-keeping purposes, I need to print all journal vouchers for all these transactions to attach supporting documents for approval and filing. I am able to print separate vouchers by going into each separate voucher selecting the transactional journal and printing that, but that is taking too much time. Is there an easier way to batch-print transactional vouchers from QuickBooks? I need each voucher to be generated as a separate page.

Any help is much appreciated.

Thank you for reaching out to us with your query regarding batch printing transactional vouchers in QuickBooks Online, AsadEth.

We appreciate your interest in this feature and understand its importance for streamlining your accounting processes. However, I regret to inform you that this functionality is unavailable within the software. You can continue to print each journal voucher individually, which can be time-consuming for large volumes.

We understand that this limitation may cause inconvenience for you, who frequently generate multiple journal vouchers and require a more efficient printing solution. I encourage submitting a feature request for batch printing journal vouchers directly to our development team. They actively consider customer suggestions when planning future updates and enhancements to QuickBooks.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon at the top.
  2. Select Feedback.
  3. Enter your comments or product suggestions. Then select Next to submit feedback.

Your input will help us prioritize and implement features that align with our users' needs.

Ditto!

It takes us days to print our journal entries individually per vendor for filing purposes as well. We have over 200 vendors *insert crying emoji*. I did however follow the Support team's suggestion of submitting feedback to the development team, if you haven't already maybe you should also. Praying they hear us out soon!
