batch reassignment in QBO Plus
Hello!! When importing from Shopify via the Shopify Connector, I put a large number of transactions in the wrong account before correcting the mapping. Is there a way to batch reassign in QBO Plus?
It's nice to have you here in the Community, @FTP1. I'll share some information about your concern.
If you use the QuickBooks Online (QBO) Advanced version or QuickBooks Online Accountant , you can reclassify or move multiple transactions at once. For all other versions including QBO Plus, you'll have to change them one at a time.
In case you'd like to proceed to modify them one at a time, you can refer to this article for the instructions.
In the future, if you plan to upgrade to QuickBooks Online (QBO) Advanced, you can use this article that contains an instructional video about how to reclassify or move multiple transactions at once.
