I've noticed this is a random issue for many users since last month. You'll need to sign up for a free Melio account as a backup.

You can also get $100 cashback to pay the first bill.

Had this issue yesterday, tried again this morning and it is persisting. The Melio backup seems like a crude workaround.

I can see that you're facing challenges scheduling a payment in QuickBooks Online (QBO), caseycox79. I'm here to help you with this matter.

Since you already tried to sign in on the following day, it's best to use other supported web browsers or private browsers to rule out any browsing history or cached files causing the problem. Here are the shortcut keys for accessing private browsers:

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Safari: press Command + Shift + N

If the issue persists, it's recommended to contact payments support. They can assist you properly and investigate the cause of this concern by pulling up your account.

Here's how:

  1. In your QBO account, select Help (?)
  2. Choose the Search tab.
  3. At the bottom of your screen, click Contact Us.
  4. Type your concern. Then click Continue
  5. You may choose CallbackAppointment, or Chat as your way to connect with us.
  6. Kindly fill out the provided field such as your First nameLast nameEmail address, and Phone number.
  7. Depending on what you choose as your way to connect with us, click CallbackSchedule an appointment, or Chat.
