Bill Payment stubs

Hi, 

When trying to print bill payment stubs I'm getting an error "You need 'print' access under credit card charges"

When I'm trying to edit the permissions under credit card charges the print button is greyed out.

How can I get around this?

It seems no one at Intuit tested rights in conjunction with the print payment stub feature. Or they just don't care that their messaging makes no sense.

 

I tested this a bit and found that what is really required is full access to the Credit Card category:
