Welcome to the Community space, @jamalq2006. Let me share some information about viewing vendor bills QBO mobile application.
Currently, the mobile app for QBO has fewer features. Entering and viewing bill transactions in your QuickBooks application is unavailable. To do this task, we can log in to your QBO account in a web browser and review your bills.
Here's how:
- Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
- Proceed to Get paid & pay, then Bills (Take me there).
- The Bills page contains the For review, Unpaid, and Paid tabs. Select one of the tabs to view bills in that status and see available Actions.
