Bulk Inventory Adjustments for Tradeshow Sales

Hi All. I'm aware there is no option to export excel files under "Inventory Adjustments" and I'm still waiting for that feature to be implemented. Currently, however, I'm looking to get this question answered:

If I go to tradeshows and sell hundreds of items that I need to be adjusted out of inventory regularly, as well as have the quantity sold hit the COGS account, how would I go about that? The revenue itself already hits the account through the Square deposits, but the inventory quantities obviously do not.
