Ever Since the new update rolled out all my bundle Items are disorganized when I use them in an Estimate, I've gone back the the product and Services and checked them and there organized correctly there, but as soon as I put them in an Estimate all the line Items are Placed randomly.

Also I wish I could Add Line Items in the middle of a Bundle.

Thanks for reaching out here in the Community team, Sterling. I'll help you get through this and rearrange items in your bundle when adding them to the estimate inside QuickBooks Online (QBO).

It's best to troubleshoot the browser you used when accessing the program and creating an estimate. Know that the more you utilize the same browser, the more it accumulates temporary internet files that can sometimes affect your experience when using QuickBooks. Although it can speed up the browsing processing, too many of these so-called internet files can affect how the program behaves.

To start, try accessing your company file using an incognito or private browser to see if the bundle items get arranged according to your preference. Feel free to use these shortcut keys:

  • Chrome: Ctrl+Shift+N
  • Firefox: Ctrl+Shift+P
  • Safari: Command+Shift+N

Once you're in, create an estimate and add your bundle items. If it shows and the items inside the bundle are in order, proceed to clear your cache. For more details, refer to this article: Clear cache and cookies to fix issues when using QuickBooks Online.

Also, I see how having the option to add a line item in the middle of the bundle can be an advantage to your business. Since this option is unavailable inside QBO, I recommend sending a feature suggestion to our Product Development Team so they can evaluate the idea and consider it for future updates. Here's how:

  1. Access your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. On the top right-corner, click the Gear icon.
  3. Select Feedback and then enter your comments or product suggestions.
  4. Once ready, click Next to submit feedback.

Moreover, I highly recommend checking this article to learn more about how to transform estimate into an invoice: Convert an estimate into an invoice in QuickBooks Online.
