Warm greetings, chefcrosby. We want you to know that your security is of utmost importance to us.

Please know that we will never ask you for your banking or credit card information via email. If you receive an email requesting details about your banking account, please do not respond.

For verification and security purposes, we recommend that you contact our customer care support team to determine whether the information or link you received is from Intuit or a possible phishing email that needs to be forwarded to our security team for assessment.

To contact support:

  1. Go to the Help menu.
  2. Hover to the Search tab, then click Contact Us.
  3. Type in a short description of your issue and concern in the box provided.
  4. Click Continue.
  5. Select the Chat or Callback option.

You can reach us from Mondays to Fridays, 6 AM to 6 PM PT.

On the other hand, you can connect your online bank account to download and categorize transactions, saving you time automatically. All you need to do is review and approve them.
