Can a potential contractor who already uses Quickbooks for their business, use the same account information to sign up for payment from me, or will it create issues?

Your contractor can use the same credentials from their QBO business account to sign up for a contractor payments account. I assure you that it won’t create any issues as long as the information is accurate. However, if you meant that your contractor will sign up for a QBO Contractor payment account to enable receive a payment from you, is it not necessary to do so since you’ll be the one who pays for the contractor?
