Can anyone give me some tips on emailing invoices? None of my invoices are going through. I am able to email estimates so the emails are correct. Any tips?
When I try to send an invoice it says "we can't reach this customer." This has been going on for an entire week and I already called tech support. They said the system was down and I'd hear back. I don't believe that QuickBooks would allow invoices to be down for this long. I need to get these invoices sent. Has this happened to anyone else? Any tips?
