Thank you for posting here in the Community space. I can clarify things about the bookmark feature in QuickBooks Online.
It would be great to include this ability in the Online version. However, the option to bookmark a specific account on the left navigation menu bar is unavailable.
I know how the feature can help save a user's time in navigating QuickBooks. Our product engineers provide updates regularly to improve the features and options, including the navigation menu bar.
As we assess this, I recommend sending feedback about the menu directly to our engineers. We also make changes and adjustments based on user feedback.
Here's how:
- Click the Gear icon in the upper-right corner.
- Select Feedback under Profile.
- Share your feedback.
- Hit Next to submit.
