Can I change my printer preferences for printing invoices, estimates, statements etc?

In Quickbooks desktop version, I could change my printer settings depending on what I was printing. Is that an option in the online version?

I hope you're having a fine day, 781Reserve. I have details about the printing option using the software. I'll show you how to pull up your sales forms' physical copies. 

 

The option to change your printer preferences isn't available in QuickBooks Online (QBO) since QBO relies on your browser printer settings. In this case, we may manually edit your printer settings to fit your selections. 

 

I'll show you how: 

 

  1. Go to the Sales menu and choose Invoices. 
  2. Select Print or the dropdown menu and hit Print on the specific invoice. 
  3. Click on the Printer icon. 
  4. Customize it accordingly. 
  5. Click the Print blue button.
