Can I change my "Ship to" address? I change the ship to address save it and reverts back to the "Bill to" address....

Amending customer details including addresses should be done directly from its profile. With that, let’s make sure we change the Ship to address on your customer setup to avoid reverting it to Bill to address. Here’s how:

 

  1. Go to the Customer & leads menu and select Customers.
  2. From there, look and tap the customer you want to change the Ship to address.
  3. In the customer profile, click the Edit button.
  4. Scroll down to the Addresses section.
  5. Uncheck the Same as billing address for the Shipping address if you happen to have it that way before.
  6. After that, enter your Shipping Address. Then, hit Save.

To start, we can access your company file using a private window. The private window is a helpful tool for troubleshooting browser-related difficulties as it won't preserve any history. The following are the keyboard shortcuts:

  • Safari: press Command + Shift + N
