Can I create a customer statement that reflects payments and invoices?

There are two options that could work for you to get the results you want for reviewing customer's invoices and payments: 

Option 1:

Use the Transaction Statement for the statement type to see invoices and payments for that specific customer. 

Option 2:

Use the Invoices and Received Payments report listed within your account to view this transactions with that customer and others. You can also customize reports to your liking and export them.
