Can I create invoices early so that they are ready?

Yes, you can create an invoice with a future date. However, you'd want to save it first then, just make sure to mark the Send Later tickbox. I can guide you on how to do it.

1. Go to the New (+) icon.
2. Choose Invoice.
3. Enter the invoice details.
4. Mark the Send Later tick box. 
5. Click the Save button.

On the day that you want to send it, just locate the invoices from the All Sales page and send it. Here's how:

1. Go to the Sales menu.
2. Select the All Sales tab.
3. Click the Filter drop-down.
4. Choose Invoice from the Transaction Type drop-down.
5. Pick Send Later from the Delivery Method drop-down.
6. Set the invoice date. 
7. Click Apply.

You can mark all the invoices and send them together.
