Can I create rules for receipts?

Let me share some information about creating rules for receipts, set up auto loan.

Currently, this functionality is unavailable in QuickBooks Online. Bank rules only apply to transactions that are downloaded by your bank or credit card account and appear in the For review tab. They will not be applied to any imported receipts, so these will need to be categorized manually.

I understand that manually assigning the correct category or payment account can be time-consuming. Your ideas and suggestions are valuable in helping us identify the most needed features for our customers. To enhance your experience, I suggest providing feedback to our Product Development Team. 

Here's how:

1. Go to the Gear icon and then choose Feedback.
2. Enter your product suggestions.
3. Once done, hit Next.
