Can I customize the columns in the Customer list?

I can select to view the "Phone" number, but not the "Mobile" number. How can I view the mobile number in my customer list and keep that view as default?

I'm here to share insight regarding customizing your Online (QBO) account so it will display the mobile numbers of your customers, @KurtzJD

 

You can add a mobile number to your customer's profile. However, displaying this on your Customer page isn't possible. Only the phone number column will be visible on this page. 

 

As a workaround, you can create a custom field that contains this information and you may name it as "Mobile number", which will then appear on your customer list page. To add one, you'll need to subscribe to QBO Advance.

 

After creating a custom field, you can follow these steps to view this on your page:

 

  1. Go to Customer & leads. 
  2. Select Customers.
  3. Click the Gear icon beside the Export icon.
  4. Find the Mobile number checkbox, then tick it. 

 

Once you’ve done this, the program will recognize it and set it as the default.

 

Alternatively, you can also utilize the Customer Contact List report which contains your customers’ details and information. The Phone column of this report will include both their phone and mobile numbers.
