I'm here to help delete duplicate credit card charges in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
If this duplicate credit card charge is downloaded from your bank, you can exclude it from the Banking page. Here's how:
- Sign in to your QBO account.
- Click Banking from the left menu.
- Select the appropriate bank account.
- In the For review tab, find and select the duplicate credit card charge.
- Then, click Exclude.

However, if you manually created this transaction, you can go to your bank register and delete it from there. Let me guide you how.
- Click the Gear icon, then select Chart of accounts.
- Select the bank account and click View register.
- Locate and select the created credit card charge. Then, click Delete.
- Click Yes to confirm.
