Hello there, sue4ams.

Yes, you can edit the existing invoice template from the previous owner in QuickBooks Online. Here's how to access and edit it:

  1. Go to the Gear icon in the upper right corner of your QuickBooks Online dashboard.
  2. Under Your Company, select Custom Form Styles.
  3. You'll see a list of available custom form styles, including invoices.
  4. Find the invoice template you want to edit.
  5. Click the View/Edit button (it's a pencil icon) in the Action column next to the template name.

If you want to create a new template, click the New Style button in the top right corner and choose Invoice as the form type. For more details, see this article: Customize invoices, estimates, and sales receipts in QuickBooks Online.

Additionally, I'll be sharing these links that will guide you in creating recurring templates and automatic payments for invoices:

Please let me know in the comments if there's anything else you need or concerns about editing form templates. I'll be glad to help. Stay safe.
