Question

Can I get a budget to actual report that shows last month only (not all months) compared to last month only budget (not the entire year budget)?

It's nice to see you here in the Community!

I'd be happy to help you create a Budget vs. Actuals report that shows only last month's details.

To begin, let's go to the Reports page and run a Budget vs. Actuals report. Then, we can customize the report to show only the information we need.

Here's how:

  1. On the left navigation panel, click Reports.
  2. Search for Budget vs. Actuals.
  3. In the Report period section, choose Custom. Then, select the first and last dates of the month you want to view the data from.
  4. Press Run report.

If you like, you can also compare data from multiple months.
