In QuickBooks Online (QBO), you won't find an option to view the information that confirms you as the owner of the QuickBooks Checking account. But, you can contact our QuickBooks Merchant support team to obtain an official document.

It's important to note that while applying for QuickBooks Checking, the details of the Primary Principal of the Payments account are used by default. However, only the person with Primary or Company admin access who applied and approved the account can move money to and from it.
