Can I have help on the drop down menus are gone only add customers is in the invoice & receive payments

if the drop down menus are gone how do i get then back

For now, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Support Team so that they can add you to the list of the affected users. This way, you'll get notified once there's a fix or progress update about the issue.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Help menu, then click the Search tab.
  2. Click Contact Us.
  3. Select a topic, then enter a brief description of your concern and hit Continue.
  4. Choose either Chat with us or Have us call you and start connecting with them.
