Can I include an attachment on the email when sending batch invoices?

I am trying to include an attachment with my batch emails.  I am finding the attachments are not being included in the email.  Unless the "Attach to email" box is checked on each individual invoice.  Is there a work around for this?

At this moment, the Attach to email option should be checked on each invoice. By doing so, the attachment will be included when you send the invoice via email. This will allow your customers to download and access the attachment as needed.
