Can I link to vendor's Quickbooks system to pay a bill from our Quickbooks?

Let me share some information on how QuickBooks Bill Pay works, MarshaClark.

When your vendor schedules a payment for you using the Bill Pay feature, on the Withdrawal Date, we collect the funds from their Funding Source. Then, we send the payment out to your vendor (to you) using your selected payment method. For payments sent via Check, we print and send the check out in the mail. The check number is available after it’s mailed to the vendor. Once a check is mailed, they'll be able to view the check number on the Bill Pay Payments page.

Also, when your vendor schedules a bill payment, both you and the payee will receive an email confirmation. The and the payee will both get another email confirmation once the bill payment is complete. To learn more about this one, check out this article: Learn about QuickBooks Bill Pay.
