Can I pay multiple bills at once with bill pay?

QuickBooks Pay bills where you can view at the + New Icon, will only track your payments, but it's important to note that with Bill Pay, payments should be scheduled one at a time. However, you can schedule either full or partial payments with QuickBooks Bill Pay, which gives you more flexibility in paying your vendors. The partial payment option allows you to divide a single bill into several payments to accommodate flexible payment options, such as installments and milestone payments. Furthermore, you have the option to choose a different payment method for each scheduled payment.

Here's how to schedule bill payments with QuickBooks Bill Pay:

1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company file.
2. Select Expenses, then Bills.
3. Create a new bill or select an existing bill.
4. Select Schedule Payment or Save and Schedule Payment depending on what type of bill you’re reviewing: 

• If you create a new bill, you will have the option to schedule the bill right away by clicking Save and Schedule Payment.
• For an unpaid bill, schedule directly from Expenses, Vendors, or Bills.

As I know, the newly QB Billpay feature doesn't offer this option. You should sign up for a free Melio account to integrate with QBO as the backup to pay up to 20 bills for the same vendor at once.
