Can I print invoices for services which show time in decimal, not in hours and minutes?

I'm here to provide information about the service invoices showing hours in a decimal or hours and minutes format. Manually adding service hours in an invoice and filling the quantity with hours in decimal form will always show in decimal format as you print it. 

Meanwhile, if you create a timesheet and link it to an invoice with the same customer, it will result in the time format being hours and minutes as you print it.
