Can I rearrange the order of my memorized reports?
Hi –
Can I rearrange the order of my memorized reports?
Can I drag certain reports near the top of my list and others further down the list?
Thank you in advance for your feedback!
Good day, Dav. I'll walk you through the process of changing the order of your report in QuickBooks.
Yes, it's possible to change the sequence of your memorized reports. You can move the list to your desired position by dragging the diamond icon.
Here's how:
1. Go to the Reports menu and select Memorized Reports.
2. Choose Memorized Report List.
3. Select and drag the diamond to move the report to your desired position.
4. Save the changes.
