Can I reformat the packing slip to include more or different information?

I understand that when shipping goods to customers, you require a complete record. Currently, the option to add more information to the packing slip is unavailable.

I'd recommend submitting feedback to our Product Development Team to help us enhance your QuickBooks experience.

Here's how:

1. Go to the Gear icon.
2. Select Feedback.
3. Click Next.
4. Enter your email address.

For now, you can only create a packing slip from a customer's invoice or sales receipt, then print them. You can refer to this link for more detailed steps.
