Can I remove the option for clients to partially pay invoices?

I have clients who have figured out how to only pay the amount billed and not the late fees by partially paying the invoice. I’d like to remove that feature to partially pay.

At this moment, restricting customers from making partial payments is unavailable. When your customer pays the invoice online, they’ll have the ability to edit the original amount and pay it partially.

 

I can see how this option helps your business. We see consumer feedback as an opportunity to improve the numerous features of our products. I'd recommend giving our engineers direct feedback. They may look into this suggestion and incorporate it into future updates. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Hit Feedback.
  3. Type in your recommendation in the Share your feedback field.
  4. Click Next.
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.
