Question

Can I remove the tax line from an invoice on QBO? We have a small general contracting company and include taxes in our pricing so I don't want the line to show.

Let me welcome you first to the Community, daniel.

I acknowledge that every business is unique and has a different structure, including the information displayed in the sales forms. Allow me to shed some light on the items shown in your invoices.

Removing the tax line from the invoice is currently unavailable in QuickBooks Online (QBO). However, adding control to the items that will appear in the sales forms can add a personal touch to your business branding. Let's send this suggestion directly to our developers through feedback. They'll review and consider user inputs and suggestions for incorporating new features or enhancing the existing ones.

To send your feedback:

  1. Open your QuickBooks Online (QBO) company, head to the Gear icon in the upper right, and select Feedback under Profile.
  2. Type a brief description of the product suggestion in the field box.
  3. Click Next to submit it.
