Can I rent my vehicle to my corporation?

First, you'll need to set yourself up as a vendor in QuickBooks Online. We'll use this profile to track the payments made to that certain expense. You can also add special characters to the vendor's display name to make it easier to identify.

Here's how:

1. On the left pane, go to the Expenses tab.
2. Select Vendors.
3. Click New vendor from the upper right corner.
4. Set up the Vendor Information.
5. Press Save.

Once done, we can now create an expense transaction. To proceed, follow the steps below:

1. Go to the +New icon.
2. Under Vendors, select Expenses.
3. Click the New transaction dropdown, then tap Expense.
4. Enter the necessary information and ensure to choose the Rental Expense category.
5. Press Save.
