@tamara-bearden

AFAIK, not without deleting the entry (payment, deposit to A/R, credit memo, etc.) that closed it.

I'd be glad to share some insights about reopening a closed invoice in QuickBooks Online (QBO), tamara.

To reopen a closed invoice, it is necessary to remove the associated payment that is linked to it.

Here's how:

  1. Navigate to the Sales menu and select the Invoices tab.
  2. Locate the specific invoice and click the dropdown arrow in the Action column. Choose the View/Edit option to access its details.
  3. Click the payment made (amount) link at the upper right corner below the PAID payment status and then select the date link.
  4. Within the Receive Payment window, click on More at the bottom.
  5. Select Delete, then choose Yes to confirm.

Once you've deleted the payment, you can run an Open Invoices report to ensure the invoice has been successfully reopened. I've added a screenshot for your reference.
