Can I search for invoices by customer name? I don't see the search field any longer. Is this a temporary glitch or change in software?

Upon checking, we have received reports from several customers stating that they are unable to view the search bar on the invoices tab. I want to assure you that our engineers are actively working on resolving this issue so that you can once again utilize this feature.

To ensure that you receive updates regarding the status of the investigation, I recommend reaching out to our QuickBooks Team. They will be able to add your account to the list of affected users. Here's how you can contact them:

1. Go to Help (?) and select Contact Us.
2. Enter “talk to a human”, then click Continue.
3. Choose which way you want to connect with us.
   • Have us call you - Get a call from a support expert.
   • Chat with us - Start a conversation with a support expert.

Our live support is available Monday to Friday, from 6 AM to 6 PM, and on Saturday from 6 AM to 3 PM PT.
