Can I search items by my Vendor part numbers? They are located at the end of the description in the "Purchasing Information" window. Anyone? Thanks!

I can share information about looking up items in QuickBooks Online (QBO), glenn. This way, you can easily locate them whenever you want to manage them. 

Currently, the option to search items by part numbers entered in on purchasing information is inapplicable. However, you can search product SKUs and information added in the Description box.

Moreover, I can see the importance of being able to search information entered into a product setup. Thus, I recommend sending feedback directly to our product development team to consider this and review its benefits for most business owners.

You can send your feedback by following the steps below:

1. Go to the Gear icon.
2. Select Feedback.
3. Enter a brief description of your product suggestion.
4. Click Next to submit feedback.
