Can I search or sort customers by address?

QuickBooks Online (QBO) has ways on finding your customer using the address details.

To search for a customer using the address:

1. In the left panel, select Sales.
2. Click on Customers.
3. In the Search bar, type the address you want to find.
   
   

To sort for the customers using the address:

1. In the left panel, select Reports.
2. On the Find report by name field, type Customer Contact List.
3. On the left side of the report page, click the Sort drop-down menu.
4. Choose Billing City from the Default drop-down box.
5. Click Run Report.
