Can I see if members have viewed their invoices?

QuickBooks Online allows users to track invoice status. These include if the customer has already viewed their invoices. Let me guide you on how.

 

  1. Select Sales, then choose Invoices.
  2. Look for the transaction and click on it.
  3. Once a pop-up window appears, you can see the Viewed status under Invoice activity.

I have the same question, I use to be able to see the sent and customer viewed report at the bottom of the invoice. Now how can I tell if they received it and or viewed it?

Ok, but what happened to the history report at the bottom? It may say viewed in the invoice screen but now we have no precise information to 'prove' it was seen.

Are you referring to the history report as a way to review the status of the invoices on the Invoice page? Please take a look at the screenshot below for further reference:

 

If so, you can still view the invoice status from there by following these steps.

 

  1. Open the invoice and make sure it was already sent.
  2. Click the Manage icon.
  3. Click Activity.
