Can i send a copy of an invoice to a customer that is paid just so they have a record or will sending the invoice ask for payment again

In QuickBooks Online (QBO), we can locate the Sales tab for you to be able to send a copy of a paid invoice to your customer. 

Here's how:

1. On the left navigational panel, look for the Sales tab.
2. Choose the Invoices tab.
3. From there, find the invoice that has been marked as paid.
4. Under the ACTION column, click the dropdown and select Send.
5. Enter the email address under the Send Invoice.
6. Hit Send.

Additionally, the invoice will be sent with zero balances. With this, you don't have to pay for it again.
