Can i text invoices to a customer?

To clarify, may I know if you encounter any error messages when attempting to send invoices in QuickBooks Online (QBO)? This information is a great help so I can verify if there's any existing investigation about this.

As a workaround, you need to set Intuit’s service related email addresses as a safe sender or whitelist it on your customer’s account for them to receive important communications. 

Second, you can look for compatible third-party applications in QuickBooks Online to send text the invoice. Here's how: 

1. Go to Apps. 
2. Click Finds Apps.
3. Type  in the Search for an app field.
4. If you have found the app you're looking, just click Get App Now.

Third, you can :

• Save invoices as a PDF and send them via email through your business or other email address. 
• Send a customer the link to their invoice through SMS or messenger service and Simply click Save and share link, then select Copy link, and paste it to your SMS.
• Save the invoice as a PDF, print it, and send their invoice via email.

And lastly, QuickBooks Online doesn't have any feature to sent a notification through text for their invoice. I can see how this feature would be helpful for you, I'd recommend sending feedback directly to our product developers for future updates. 

Here's how you can send feedback: 

1. Click the Gear Icon.
2. Select Feedback.
3. Click Next and choose Feedback under Category option.
4. Select Save.
